Your finder choices and website visits

The drill finder asks about product features, battery systems and package contents. It does not need your name, address, account information or personal project details.

Finder answers

Submitting the finder sends your selected requirements to this site's matching service. Your browser can retain choices in session storage so you can return to the shortlist. Use the clear-choices control to reset saved selections.

Some links prefill answers through a URL query. Those choices can appear in browser history and website request logs. Check a prefilled link before sharing it.

Buying-page context

If you open a BuyerShortlists buying page, supported selections can be carried in the URL fragment after the # symbol. The page reads that context to show your requirements and a return link. Fragments can remain in browser history; do not treat them as confidential.

Your finder answers are not added to the Amazon search link. BuyerShortlists and Amazon operate separately and have their own privacy information.

Website delivery

Hosting and security services can process an IP address, browser information, request time and requested address. Cloudflare delivery and Google Fonts can also receive requests when the page loads; their privacy policies apply to those services.
